Test braodly oviform or pyriform, dorso-ventrally compressed, transverse section ellioptical, 
45-100 μm long, 30-60 μm wide; 
many hairly projections at periphery; 
pseudostome circular bordered by 10-14 denticulated scales, 12-23 μm; 
body scales 7-10.5 μm long, 4.5-5.5 μm wide

Test broadly oviform, truncate, cosiderably compressed, transverse section lenticular with acute margins, 
spines at periphery, 5-35 μm long;
